Its pricing page lists an hourly price for each instance size; the figure here is the one-GPU instance as the page shows it, in euros before tax and converted to US dollars at the day's ECB rate. It is the whole instance - 8 vCPUs, 73 GB of memory and 125 GB of disk with one GPU - not the GPU alone. Larger sizes cost the same per GPU.
