On October 12, 2026 we read two Asian GPU clouds for the first time: FPT AI Factory, the GPU cloud of the Vietnamese IT group FPT, and Elice Cloud, run by Elice of Seoul. In our read of 06:39 UTC on October 13 FPT listed a one-GPU H100 SXM virtual machine in Southeast Asia at $2.99 an hour and Elice a one-GPU H100 SXM instance at $3.57. The H100 SXM page printed a median rate card of $3.49 over 37 providers: FPT’s rate was ninth from the bottom and Elice’s 21st.
What each price list says
FPT’s pricing page is a static document with several service tabs; we read its GPU Virtual Machine tab, where each machine of one to eight GPUs comes with CPU, memory, storage and a public IP. Five cards are listed there for one GPU: the B300 at $6.99, the H100 SXM at $2.99, the RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell at $2.19 and the A30 at $1.06, all captioned Southeast Asia, and the H200 at $6.60, captioned Japan. The page prints these in US dollars and says nothing about VAT.
Elice’s page draws its table with JavaScript, so we read it rendered. Each cell prints a discount, a struck-through list figure and the rate charged per hour; we read only the charged rate, for the one-GPU row. Those were $6.82 for the B200, $3.57 for the H100 SXM and $1.62 for the A100 80GB on demand, and $6.14, $3.21 and $1.46 for the same instances as spot. The spot gap is shown by subtraction: $3.57 - $3.21 = $0.36 on the H100, $6.82 - $6.14 = $0.68 on the B200, $1.62 - $1.46 = $0.16 on the A100. Reserved terms read “Contact sales”, so no committed rate is listed for either provider.
Where the new rates sit against the medians
Our card pages take each provider’s cheapest on-demand rate as its rate card and print the median of those. In the build of 06:39 UTC on October 13, FPT’s B300 at $6.99 was fifth lowest of 22 rate cards, where the median was $8.69, and its H100 SXM ninth of 37 under the $3.49 median. Its RTX PRO 6000 at $2.19 sat 15th of 36, just under the median of $2.21. Its other two rates stood above their medians: the A30 at $1.06 was seventh of eight against $0.48, and the H200 in Japan at $6.60 was 41st of 49 against $4.54.
Elice’s B200 at $6.82 was 16th of 34 rate cards, under the B200 median of $6.99. Its H100 SXM at $3.57 stood above the $3.49 median and its A100 80GB at $1.62 was 22nd of 56, under that card’s median of $1.92. Neither provider was the cheapest on any of its cards in that read, by our per-provider check over the published prices.
All eleven rates are whole instances with CPU and memory, not the GPU alone, and each row on our pages carries that scope as a tag. Both providers list in US dollars, so their H100 SXM rates are constituents of the H100 Price Index for the week of October 12, still provisional at $3.49 over 35 quotes from 33 providers in that read. Nothing here is forecast: these are two price lists as we first read them.
How to check these figures yourself
Every figure above is listed under this text with the page it links and the time we read it. The live rates are on the provider pages for FPT AI Factory and Elice Cloud, the medians on the H100 SXM, H200, B200, B300, A100 80GB, RTX PRO 6000 and A30 card pages, and the week’s constituents on the Price Index. Those pages update with every hourly read; this article keeps the figures of October 13.
