A Russian cloud (St Petersburg). The GPU page prices cloud servers by the hour in roubles, each rate printed as a "from" figure for the configuration the card describes - extras are added on top. Only those cloud-server cards are read here: the same page also prices managed Kubernetes node groups and dedicated servers by the month, which are different products. Each card shows the machine with the lowest price per GPU. The dollar figure uses the Bank of Russia's official rate of the day.
