On October 1, 2026, at 10:39:57 UTC, the on-demand rate we read for an NVIDIA HGX H100 GPU-hour at Nebius went from $3.85 to $4.50, a rise of 16.9%. Three more rates moved in the same read: HGX H200 from $4.50 to $5.40, up 20.0%; HGX B200 from $7.15 to $8.50, up 18.9%; HGX B300 from $7.85 to $9.50, up 21.0%. A renter who sized eight H100s for a month of steady use was pricing $3.85 × 8 × 730 h, or $22,484; the same month at the rate now in force is $4.50 × 8 × 730 h, or $26,280.
The provider printed both figures on one page
This move needs no history from us to check, because Nebius publishes the old figure and the new one side by side. Its table of NVIDIA GPU instances carries two money columns, headed “On-demand, GPU-hour” and “GPU-hour (Effective October 1, 2026)”. On our read of October 2, 2026 at 06:39:47 UTC both were still printed, with $3.85 in the first column of the HGX H100 row and $4.50 in the second.
That second column stood on the page through September and we published none of it: a figure dated to October was not a rate anyone could pay in September, which is what we wrote on September 24 at /analysis/2026-09-24-nebius-h100-rate-columns-corrected. October 1 is the date the heading names, and from the 10:39:57 UTC read of that day our tables carry it.
Of the nine NVIDIA GPU rows in that table, four carry a higher figure in the October column. Three carry the same figure in both: RTX PRO 6000 at $1.80, L40S with Intel CPU at from $1.55, and a second L40S row we do not take a rate from. The two GB-series rows read “Contact us” in both columns. The preemptible table below has one money column only, and the spot rate we read there, from $0.79 for an HGX H100, is the figure that has stood since September 24, 2026.
fal raised four list prices the same day
One more page’s rates moved on October 1, with no notice on it that we read. fal’s serverless list prices changed in two of our reads that day: at 17:39:58 UTC, B300 from $8.50 to $12.99, up 52.8%; H200 from $4.50 to $6.00, up 33.3%; RTX PRO 6000 from $2.99 to $4.00, up 33.8%. At 23:40:38 UTC its B200 read $7.99 against $6.25 in the read before it, up 27.8%. Its H100 is the one fal rate we read unchanged, at $4.50, where our tables have carried it since September 23, 2026. These are the figures in the column fal heads “List Price”; the page prints a second column of lower figures, which our parser does not read and this piece therefore does not quote.
Where $4.50 sits among H100 SXM rate cards
We read 25 on-demand H100 SXM rate cards at 06:39:47 UTC on October 2, 2026 — listed instance prices, with community capacity and marketplace floors left out. Five of them print more than $4.50: Paperspace’s Paperspace machines at $5.95, and then CoreWeave, AWS, Oracle and Azure. The $3.85 that stood until October 1 sat below three rates we read unchanged that same morning: Crusoe at $3.90, and Lambda and Together at $3.99 each. The cheapest listed on-demand figure on the card in that read was Cudo Compute’s $1.79 per GPU in no-kristiansand-1.
Checking these figures yourself
Each rate above was read from the page it links to, at the minute named. /providers/nebius carries every Nebius rate with the date it began standing and its change over seven days; /changelog lists these moves in dollars and per cent, and /changelog.json and /prices.json carry the same rows as files. Nebius’s own table prints both figures on one page at once, so a reader can see the September rate and the October rate there without needing our history. Nothing here is forecast and nothing is a recommendation: these are the figures two price pages printed on the dates this piece names.
